Lincoln Caylor and Nathan Shaheen wrote in Law Times on the Ontario Court of Appeal substantially upholding the Superior Court's decision in Tracy v. Iran—and how the Court of Appeal's comments in the case may impact Speer v. Khadr, slated to be heard in October 2017.
