Canadian Cartels and Leniency

These two articles provide current insights into Canadian competition law. The first addresses the international cartel phenomenon that has emerged in the past decade and its impact on Canadian competition law. The authors review current laws and discuss how Canadian competition law is being modernised in an attempt to keep abreast of current economic thinking.
