On May 2, 2023, Vasilis Pappas sat on a panel entitled Hot Topics in Arbitration at the 16th Annual Commercial Arbitration Conference hosted by the Western Canada Commercial Arbitration Society (WCCAS) in Calgary, Alberta. The theme of the conference was Major Projects Disputes and was headlined by numerous leading arbitrators and arbitration practitioners from Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Boston and New York City.
