In order to successfully manage trade compliance issues in connection with doing business with and in Canada, it is important to be aware of and respect the differences in foreign and Canadian law and policy. This presentation highlights topics that must be considered when managing Canadian trade compliance from outside the country, including reporting, customs valuation, tariffs, reviews, audits and disclosures, free trade zones, labelling and product regulation. Originally presented at a seminar co-sponsored by Braumiller Schulz LLP, ICPA, and OWIT DFW.
