Keely Cameron presented on "AER Panel Update" at the Energy Law Fundamental Seminar. An expert panel comprised of representatives from the AER, private practice and industry will discuss various measures implemented by the Alberta Energy Regulator in recent years to address financial and abandonment and reclamation risks to the industry, and will examine possible future policy trends.
