plenary discussion on optimizing relationships with outside
counsel. The discussion explored how corporate counsel can work
with outside counsel in order to help their legal departments
thrive.
This two-day conference took place at the Fairmont Royal York hotel
in Toronto, Ontario and was presented by The Conference Board of
