Maureen Ward is a panelist on "Chapter 15 and Cross Border Asset Recovery Update" at the American Bankruptcy Institute Caribbean Insolvency Symposium.  This panel will focus on the latest developments in how jurisdictions are working together including an update on Chapter 15s, a discussion of the UNCITRAL model law on group enterprises, the guide to enactment, and the model law on asset recovery currently in the works. This panel will also discuss strategic methods for locating and preserving assets across borders.
