Darrel Pearson recently spoke at the American Conference Institute’s (ACI) Advanced Forum on Customs & Trade Enforcement in Washington D.C. The session looked at such key issues as changes in the rules of origin, the effect of potential changes in volume constraints on industry, trade remedies, industry perspectives and if Buy American will be exempted from NAFTA.
