CTV National News to comment on Canada’s bread price-fixing scandal. She says that while Loblaw Cos. Ltd. and George Weston Ltd. have gained immunity from prosecution because they agreed to plea, it’s different for the other five companies involved. Everybody else who is ultimately charged, and if convicted, faces both fines and in the case of individuals the potential for imprisonment.
