John Weekes appeared on CBC Radio's As it Happens to discuss what President Trump may have meant when he said he wanted to "tweak" NAFTA when it comes to Canada. John said issues the U.S. might want to raise are agricultural supply management, the sale of wine, beer and spirits, and foreign investment restrictions in the telecommunications and media industries. John says that for Canada, a loosening of Buy America provisions on infrastructure projects would be a positive step.
