John Mercury comments in a front page story in the Financial Post on equity deals in oil & gas sector in the first quarter of 2016. John says that the stars have aligned and an equity window has opened in the last four to five weeks. The equity markets were tight or closed for some period of time, so it created a backlog of demand.
