Canadian Lawyer interviews Sander Grieve on Bennett Jones acting as pro bono counsel in the Raising the Avro Arrow project, taking place this summer on Lake Ontario. Bennett Jones has organized a group of entities to conduct the search and recovery of nine Avro Arrow flight models launched over the lake in a series of tests from 1954 to 1957. The models are the only known artifacts from the Avro Arrow program remaining to be found.
