TORONTO - For 12 consecutive years, Bennett Jones has been ranked as one of the top 50 places to work in Canada. The "Best Employers in Canada" survey is conducted by AON Hewitt in partnership with Maclean's magazine.
For the second year in a row the survey has ranked Bennett Jones as the 3rd best place to work in Canada. It is the 9th consecutive year Bennett Jones has been in the top ten. Bennett Jones was again recently honoured as one of Canada's Top 100 Employers for 2013.

Organizations were selected as Best Employers based primarily on confidential surveys from more than 280,000 Canadian employees that measured their level of engagement. According to Aon Hewitt's definition, employees are engaged when they “say, stay and strive”: they speak positively about the organization to others, are committed to remaining with their current employer, and are motivated by their organizations' leaders, managers, culture and values to go “above and beyond” to contribute to business success.
