With a finance degree and an MBA, she brings a business-oriented mindset to her legal practice. Tekarra earned her Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law in 2024. During law school, she volunteered with the Law Student Legal Advice Program and the University of British Columbia Law Review. She also completed her Master of Business Administration at the University of British Columbia Sauder School of Business in 2024. Prior to law school, she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Thompson Rivers University in 2020.
Before becoming an associate at Bennett Jones, Tekarra summered and articled at the firm.
