Overview

Nadia assists on a range of transactions, including acting for targets and acquirers in domestic and cross-border acquisitions, investments, and divestitures. Nadia also provides ongoing advice to public companies on their disclosure, corporate governance, and securities law obligations.

While completing her J.D. at Queen’s Law, Nadia was awarded the David Mullan Faculty of Law Entrance Award in recognition of her academic achievements and the M.A. Murray Award for her athletic involvement throughout law school. Nadia received her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Jacksonville State University, where she was a member of the NCAA Division 1 women’s soccer team.

Before becoming an associate at Bennett Jones, Nadia summered and articled with the firm.
