Ellen Forsyth has a general commercial litigation practice, with a particular focus on health law and professional negligence. Ellen has assisted with matters before the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench, the Alberta Court of Appeal, and administrative tribunals.
Ellen is a contributor to the recently published Annotated Alberta Employment Standards Code.
Before becoming an associate at Bennett Jones, Ellen articled with the firm. In law school, she volunteered with the Women's Centre of Calgary, Student Legal Assistance, and the Pro Bono Students Canada Human Rights project.
