Vincent de Grandpré has joined Bennett Jones as a partner on the intellectual property litigation team in Toronto. He serves clients in both English and French in a wide array of areas, with a focus on the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, technology and consumer products industries.
With more than 20 years’ experience in IP, Vincent will add yet more breadth and depth to Bennett Jones' intellectual property litigation bench strength. He will fit seamlessly within the firm's team of commercially-minded strategic advisors.
Vincent helps clients launch new products and services, or in preserving their market position by strategically obtaining or litigating intellectual property rights. He advises and represents clients in trademarks and health regulatory matters.
He appears before all levels of Canadian courts including the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal. He is admitted to practice law in Ontario, New York and Québec. From 2000 to 2003, Vincent practised at a leading New York firm as an intellectual property and commercial litigator.
