Christian Gauthier advises on corporate finance and securities matters and mergers and acquisitions. He has been involved in a broad range of transactions, including the acquisition and disposition of public and private entities, public offerings of debt and equity, private placements and corporate reorganizations. He is also a special lecturer in the Faculty of Law at Queen's, where he teaches advanced corporate law.
