With 36 years of experience in the legal industry, Olga Summers assists clients with incorporations, amendments, continuances, amalgamations, corporate due diligence, extra-provincial registrations, business name and limited partnership registrations, tax reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions and corporate proceedings under the Ontario and Federal legislation for private corporations. Olga has experience with incorporating non-profit corporations and charitable registrations.

Olga is involved in the mentoring of junior law clerks and articling students.
