Christina Skinner advises clients on all aspects of competition law, including merger review, abuse of dominance and compliance matters. Christina has experience working on regulatory investigations under the Competition Act and on complex, high-profile merger transactions, including complying with supplementary information requests (SIRs). She also advises clients on foreign investment review under the Investment Canada Act. 

Christina also has experience working on sports arbitration matters involving allegations of coach misconduct, as well as other matters before the Court of Arbitration for Sport. 

Christina is a member of Young Women in Law, the Canadian Bar Association (Competition Law and Foreign Investment Review Section) and the American Bar Association (Antitrust Law, Entertainment & Sports Industries). 

Before becoming an associate at Bennett Jones, Christina summered and articled with the firm. While articling, Christina was seconded to the Enforcement Branch of the Ontario Securities Commission.
