Oleg Shcheglov maintains a general corporate practice with a focus on private mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, corporate governance and other corporate law matters. Oleg has experience acting for founders in early-stage companies including with respect to formation, commercial contracts, employment matters, as well as general corporate commercial matters.
In addition to his JD, Oleg received a Business Law Concentration certificate from the University of British Columbia. While in law school, Oleg volunteered in programs such as Law Students' Legal Advice Program, Pro Bono Students Canada and the Business Law Clinic. Before becoming an associate at Bennett Jones, Oleg summered and articled with the firm.
Oleg is a member of the Canadian Bar Association.
