Larissa Sakumoto practices corporate law with a focus on project development, construction and infrastructure procurement.

Larissa is a member of the Capital Projects group and advises owners and contractors on drafting and negotiating various project development agreements, including design-build, design-build finance, construction management, CCDC standard forms and supplementary conditions and other forms of project agreements. Larissa also provides advice to owners and bidders on drafting and negotiating requests for proposals, requests for qualifications and other procurement documents.

Larissa's experience includes drafting DB agreements for multiple health authorities, drafting a project agreement and project development agreement for a major transportation sector infrastructure project and advising on the procurement of other transportation and healthcare sector projects.

Before becoming an associate at Bennett Jones, Larissa articled with the firm.
