Vasilis Pappas Speaks at 14th Annual WCCAS Arbitration Conference

Vasilis Pappas was a panelist at the 14th Annual Arbitration Conference undertaken by the Western Canada Commercial Arbitration Society, an organization that brings together senior arbitrators and counsel with experience in commercial, energy, mining, and resources disputes, both domestic and international. Vasilis presented on a panel entitled "Hot Topics in Arbitration" with Stephanie Cohen of Cohen Arbitration in Brooklyn, New York and Annie Lespérance of Omni Bridgeway in Montreal, Québec. The panel discussion focused on the panelists' experience with virtual hearings during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic and the challenges associated with virtual hearings as the world slowly emerges from the grips of the pandemic.
