Summarize
Martin Kratz will co-chair and speak at the Canadian Institute's Managing Social Media conference  (March 9-10, 2010), focusing on practical solutions and legal strategies to maximize success and minimize risk.  Martin's presentation, “Privacy and Disclosure Minefields: Understanding the Impact of Recent Case Law on Social Media Use,” will focus on the increased threat and risk presented by the inherent conflict between social media and existing privacy and disclosure policies, and how organizations can learn to not only deal with this, but to harness social media for enhanced business.  The event will be held at the Carriage House Inn, Calgary.
