Sharon Singh speaks on the panel ESG Ratings: Where Does Anti-Corruption Fit?, hosted by the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC. The webinar addresses two themes that are integral to ESG:
- internal systems to effectively address corruption risk, particularly the role of the board of directors; and,
- how anti-corruption is reflected in ESG ratings, and if these are valid indicators of a corporation’s true ESG performance.
