John Manley appears on a BNN Bloomberg panel to discuss what might be expected in Canada's 2021 budget. John says that spending needs to be laser focused on areas of the Canadian economy where support is required and that the federal government can't continue to spray money everywhere, as the spending we incur today will limit choices tomorrow.
