Mullen Group Ltd. has announced its acquisition of Pacific Northwest Investments Inc. and its subsidiary Pacific Northwest Moving (Yukon) Limited (together, PNW Group). The acquisition, finalized on December 1, 2024, strengthens Mullen Group’s operations in the Yukon Territory and Northern Alberta. PNW, with over 50 years of experience, offers a range of less-than-truckload (LTL) solutions, including temperature-controlled, dry van and deck services, as well as local last-mile delivery in Whitehorse and Dawson City, YT.

Bennett Jones acted as legal counsel to the sellers, PNW Group.
