G2S2 Capital Inc., under its banner Armco Alberta, has announced the acquisition of Bow Valley Square, an iconic four-tower, LEED Platinum-certified office complex in the heart of downtown Calgary.
Bennett Jones is acting as legal counsel to G2S2 Capital Inc.
The Bennett Jones team is led by Alixe Cameron and includes Julia Amelio, Luke Stretch, Natalia Iamundo, Marina Fergusen, Nolan Okrusko, Zaafar Mahmood, Troy Mack (Commercial Real Estate), Adam Kalbfleisch, Kolding Larson (Competition/Antitrust), Jessica Horwitz (International Trade Regulatory), Denise Brunsdon (Employment) and Kees de Ridder (Intellectual Property).
