Sheena is a member of the International Coach Federation. She is trained by the Adler School of Professional Coaching and is certified in Team Coaching. Sheena is also an Ontario qualified lawyer and was an associate and partner in the litigation group of a large Canadian law firm.
Sheena has coached hundreds of lawyers from the beginning of their careers through to partnership and has extensive expertise and experience in the professional development and performance management of lawyers. Sheena is also a regular presenter at several Canadian law schools, the Queen's School of Business and the Rotman School of Management (University of Toronto).
