Professional coaching has emerged as one of the most effective ways to get what you really want from your professional and personal life.
Many top Canadian employers have incorporated coaching into their professional development programs, recognizing it as a powerful way to assist their professionals to cope effectively with performance demands, goal-setting and work-life balance challenges. The coaching relationship helps people to become more self-aware, set goals, explore options, and commit to action.
