Michael Eizenga speaks to Law.com about the resolution of a decades-long Canadian class action dispute, culminating in a C$32.5 billion agreement with the tobacco industry. Speaking of the settlement, Mike says that while there is still much work to do, getting to this point is a “monumental achievement” after many legal battles and that “it's been very challenging [and] extremely hard-fought.”
