Delivering a project from inception to completion and beyond can be accomplished in many different ways. But no matter the project delivery model, at the heart of all projects is the same unavoidable process: conceptualize, design, build, inspect, finance, operate. And while the start of the project looks very different for each of the potential participants, there is one constant: issues that need to be addressed so that when the contractor is told to build, it can happen quickly and efficiently.
