Bennett Jones congratulates Jesslyn Maurier on her appointment to the board of directors of the Ontario Chamber of Commerce (OCC). The OCC is an independent, non-profit advocacy and member services organization representing a diverse network of over 60,000 members. It brings businesses and local chambers together to advance inclusive and sustainable prosperity for Ontario’s businesses, workers and communities.

Jesslyn brings deep expertise in corporate governance, corporate development, commercial transactions, mergers & acquisitions and financings—particularly in the technology and media sectors. Her experience advising companies from start-up to scale-up and beyond makes her a strong addition to the OCC as it advances its mission to champion economic opportunity and growth that benefits all Ontarians, now and in the future. 

Jesslyn’s initial term on the OCC board will run until April 2027. Bennett Jones thanks her for dedicating her time and expertise to this important role.
