Bryan Haynes Recognized Among Canada's Top 40 Lawyers Under 40

On November 25, 2008 Lexpert magazine recognized Canada's top 40 lawyers and corporate counsel under 40 at the Rising Stars Gala in Toronto, Ontario. Bryan Haynes, a corporate partner in the firm's Calgary office was among the recipients of this award.

Bryan was selected as a finalist by Lexpert and was voted in as a winner by the Rising Stars Advisory Committee, which included Bennett Jones' own Hugh MacKinnon. Finalists were selected based on the following criteria:

• deals, cases and/files;
• community or professional involvement, or pro bono work;
• contribution to firm profitability;
• adaptability to change;
• education, awards and affiliations; and
• team player qualities.
