On the 27th of September in New York City, leading members of the Bennett Jones litigation team, including; Jeff Leon, Michael Eizenga, Eric Hoaken, Alan Gardner and Robert Staley; will be on hand to present to American in-house counsel and lawyers from major U.S. law firms.

With nearly $600 billion in trade between Canada and the United States and commerce continuing to grow, cross-border legal issues are a daily concern for in-house counsel from both nations.

Topics of discussion will include "Assessing the evolving landscape of cross-border litigation" and "How securities class actions and regulatory issues in Canada affect business entities north and south of the border."

Held at Jumeirah Essex House in New York City, the presentations given will offer US general counsel and firms more information about the risks and opportunities associated with litigating in Canada.

Benchmark Litigation is a guide to America's leading litigation firms and attorneys and focuses exclusively on litigation in the US.
