Two Bennett Jones partners won individual awards and the firm acted on a deal of the year at the 16th annual Americas M&A Atlas Awards in New York City. Bennett Jones won or was involved in the following honours:
- Cross-Border M&A Deal of the Year: Bennett Jones is acting for Osisko Mining Inc. in its C$2.2 billion sale to Gold Fields Limited;
- M&A Lawyer of the Year: Sander Grieve, KC, Partner; and
- America's Rising Star Dealmaker Award: Andrew Disipio, Partner, Head of Mining Industry Team.
