CALGARY – The American College of Trial Lawyers announced today the induction of Valerie Prather as a Fellow. Prather is a Partner with Bennett Jones LLP in their Calgary office. Her practice focuses on energy litigation, professional negligence and education law.
Fellowship is extended only by invitation after careful investigation to those experienced trial lawyers having no fewer than fifteen years at the Bar "who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility and collegiality". Membership is limited to no more than one percent of the Bar in any State or Province.
