Lauren has a general corporate commercial litigation and employment law practice. She provides guidance to employers on establishing employment relationships, drafting contracts and policies, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and managing the termination of employment.
Lauren has assisted with matters before labour arbitrators, the Alberta Labour Relations Board, the Alberta Court of Justice, the Alberta Court of Kings' Bench and the Alberta Court of Appeal.
Prior to joining Bennett Jones as an associate, Lauren summered and articled with the firm.
