Tyler McDonough has a commercial litigation practice with a focus on energy and natural resource disputes. Tyler acts for clients in a broad range of corporate commercial matters and represents clients in complex large-scale disputes. In addition to his commercial litigation practice, Tyler has experience in the law of policing and professional negligence.
Tyler has assisted with matters before the Alberta Court of Justice, the Alberta Court of King's Bench, the Alberta Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada, as well as numerous administrative tribunals.
In his spare time, Tyler enjoys travelling, spending time outside and running marathons.
