Prior to joining Bennett Jones, Katherine practised at another national firm where her experience extended to sophisticated estate planning for high-net-worth individuals and participation in significant corporate acquisitions. She holds a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from York University, adding to her holistic understanding of the legal needs of her clients and the best solutions for their unique situations.
Katherine is an associate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners – Canada. Her membership allows her to remain informed of the latest tax, planning, administration and policy developments in the trusts and estates industry.
