Kimberley has a broad corporate, commercial and securities law practice, with a focus on public and private mergers and acquisitions. Kimberley acts for all manner of clients, including local and international public and private companies as well as private equity groups. In addition, Kimberley regularly advises on corporate and securities law matters, including with respect to corporate governance.

Before becoming a consultant at Bennett Jones, Kimberley practiced at a large national law firm in Sydney, Australia.
