Benjamin Gal has a corporate commercial and securities law practice with a focus on corporate finance, corporate governance, commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to becoming an associate at Bennett Jones, Ben summered and articled with the firm. While articling, Ben was seconded to the Corporate Finance Branch of the Ontario Securities Commission.
In law school, Ben completed a specialization in business law and was the recipient of the Law Society of Ontario Award for Outstanding Achievement.
