Associate, Labour & Employment

Our Litigation & Dispute Resolution Department is currently seeking an associate with a minimum of three years’ experience to join our highly regarded Employment Service Practice Group in our Calgary Office. The Department is among the largest in Western Canada, and seeks candidates who wish to develop as leaders in their practice and the profession.  We represent a diverse range of clients with respect to their most important transactional, advisory, and advocacy needs.  The culture is collegial and supportive.  Excellence, diversity and inclusion are key values. 

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be qualified to practice law in Alberta and have the following credentials:

• Minimum 3 years of experience with significant labour and employment experience;
• Strong academic credentials; and
• Strong analytical, communication and drafting skills.
