Anthony is an associate in our tax group in Toronto. His practice focuses on corporate tax, corporate reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions.
He has advised on the Canadian tax aspects of a variety of transactions.
Anthony has authored articles on a number of income tax matters appearing in the Federated Press' Corporate Finance Journal and International Tax Planning Journal.
At law school, he was on the Dean's Honor List and the recipient of the Award in International Tax. Anthony is also a licensed chartered accountant (CPA, CA).
