Gordon Cameron practises Canadian law in New York and has recognized expertise in leading cross-border transactions. With his deep ties to the New York business and legal community, he creates value for U.S. and international clients doing business in Canada. Gordon’s practice is focused primarily in the areas of Canadian corporate and securities law, with a particular emphasis on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate finance (including public offerings and private placements) and other cross-border matters.
