Alicia Aparicio, who started as a summer student at Bennett Jones in 2024, returns in 2025 as an articling student in the Vancouver office.

Throughout her studies at Queen’s University, she was a clinician at the Queen’s Elder Law Clinic and served as the student lead for the Pro Bono Students Canada Homeless ID Clinic, where she developed her advocacy and organizational skills.

Alicia is currently a third-year law student at Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. Her experiences in pro bono legal services, court administration and decision adjudication have provided her with a well-rounded understanding of various facets of the legal profession. With these diverse perspectives, Alicia is passionate about tackling large-scale, complex legal issues.

She is deeply committed to her community, volunteering with Access Pro Bono and being recognized for her dedication to access to justice. Alicia has gained valuable experience working as a registry clerk for the Vancouver Law Courts and as a review officer Intern at WorkSafeBC, where she further developed her expertise in administrative law and legal analysis.
