Adam Williams has a broad commercial litigation practice, focusing on bankruptcy and insolvency, health law, appellate issues and Constitutional matters. Adam's practice also regularly involves administrative hearings and judicial review. He has assisted on matters before all levels of Court in Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan. He has also appeared in the Supreme Court of Canada.
Adam has authored papers for the Canadian Energy Law Foundation, the Alberta Law Review, the National Insolvency Review and the Annual Review of Insolvency Law.
Before becoming an associate at Bennett Jones, Adam served as a judicial clerk for Justice Brian K. O'Ferrall of the Alberta Court of Appeal. He also articled with the firm.
