Paul has a general commercial litigation practice. He has experience advising clients on complex commercial contractual claims in the energy, transportation, chemicals and commercial leasing sectors, as well as advising on shareholder, partnership and intellectual property disputes.
Paul has represented clients before all levels of court in Alberta, the British Columbia Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of Canada. He has also assisted with or conducted numerous domestic arbitration proceedings.
Prior to becoming an associate, Paul articled with the firm and clerked at the Alberta Court of Appeal.
