Michael O’Grady helps clients to manage risk and maximize the value of their assets in commercial real estate transactions, including real property acquisitions, dispositions, financing, co-ownership, joint ventures, and development projects. He has experience across a diverse range of asset classes, including retail, industrial, and mixed-use properties, vacant lands, and landmark office buildings. Most recently, he has assisted clients in transactions involving Atrium on Bay, Scotia Plaza, Bentall Centre, and Bay Adelaide Centre.

Prior to becoming an associate, Michael articled and worked as a summer student at the firm.
